  • Responsible for the whole cycle of recruitment & selection activities
  • Payroll calculation and related report preparation
  • Handle a full spectrum of all-round general office administration work
  • Assist in formulate and implement Office Administration policies and procedures
  • Facilitate in staff medical benefit and MPF enrollment
  • Collect and input HR & Admin related data, prepare and update various reports for the management
  • Assist in company functions and events
  • Back up receptionist when necessary
  • Support in ad-hoc task and projects as assigned

What You Bring to Us:

  • Degree in Business Administration / Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years relevant HR & Admin working experience
  • Team-player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, details-oriented, able to prioritize workloads and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office
