Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide all-rounded administrative support duties including stationaries, telephone system, lettering, incoming & outgoing mailing etc.;
  • Assist in full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment, C&B, documents filing etc;
  • Assist in data entry, database management, meeting arrangement;
  • Ad-hoc HR & Admin assignments or projects as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 1 year experience preferably in HR & Admin related function;
  • Proficiency in MS Applications, Word/Excel/Powerpoint;
  • Good communication, well organized and can work under pressure;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as HR & Admin Officer;
  • FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME.
