Responsibilities

  • Provide full range of general HR & administrative support to HK & China office
  • Responsible for travel/hotel accommodation arrangement & marketing event coordination
  • Provide administrative support for compliance documentation
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • No less than 3 years’ HR & administration related experience
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese, spoken Putonghua
  • Proficient PC Knowledge in MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel
  • Polite, well-organized & a team player
  • Able to multi-task
  • Willing to travel to China
  • More experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Officer
