Responsibilities

  • Support the Human Resources and Administration Team in a diversified services, including employee relations, recruitment, employee benefits, attendance system and etc;
  • Provide other administrative duties including data entry, filing, employee hotlines and logistics support for other HR activities, trainings and meetings;
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects and events as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Ÿ  Diploma in Human Resources Management or above
  • Ÿ  1-2 years relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration
  • Ÿ  Initiative, cheerful, patient and detail minded
  • Ÿ  High level of integrity and strong sense of responsibility with positive attitude
  • Ÿ  Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ÿ  Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
  • Ÿ  Immediately available is highly preferred
