Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resource or Business Administrative disciplines 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related laws 
  • Good knowledge in MS Office such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  • Possess self-motivated and responsible personality, willing to learn, detailed mind, good communication skill and work independently
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily HR operations including recruitment, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, MPF, performance management and employee relations
  • Maintain employee attendances & leave records, medical claims and personnel data
  • Provide general administrative support to the office including office and equipment supplies management, procurement of stationery and pantry supplies, maintain filing system etc.
  • Arrange petty cash, medical claim and TT payment
  • Travel to PRC when necessary
  • Deal with ad hoc assignment as requested
