Main responsibilities

  • Assisting for the recruitment process, not limited to job advertising, organizing interview, candidate screening and on-boarding
  • Supporting daily operations of tracking recruitment status, agreements with vendors, and preparation of HR reports and analytics
  • Involving in vendor selection, communication and price negotiation
  • Ad hoc duties

Basic qualifications

  • Degree holder or above preferrably in human resources or related disciplines is an advantage
  • At least 1 year of experience in human resources
  • Proficiency in Excel or PC knowledge, including Chinese word processing
  • Strong in spoken and written English
  • Able to work independently and with a strong sense of responsibility
