We are looking for a high caliber individual to join Group Human Resources. Key responsibilities include:

 

The Position Profile:

  • Provide logistics support to Group-wide development programs to enhance people capability and support management development
  • Assist in coordinating human resources initiatives to support management development and succession planning across the Group
  • Assist in administrating assessment and development tools
  • Maintain accurate training records and accurate expenses of talent development programs
  • Provide administrative support to ensure a smooth daily operations of the team
  • Support any ad hoc projects assigned

Requirement:

  • A relevant undergraduate degree from a recognized university
  • Minimum of 2 years’ of HR related exposure as generalist or specialist in multinational companies
  • Strong communication, analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and detailed-minded
  • Hands-on capability with drive and energy to achieve
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and complexity
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
