Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in handling a wide spectrum of human resources functions, with main focus on C&B aspect, including preparation of payroll, leave administration, benefit administration, tax reporting, staff cost budgeting etc.
  • Take part in various recruitment functions, including interview arrangement, onboarding procedures, employer branding activities etc.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc HR duties and projects
  • Support and act towards the BDO Global Vision
  • Be committed to act with the firm’s core values and competency expectations

Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • Experience is not necessary for this position, as on-the-job training will be provided
  • Strong numerical sense and analytical mind
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • A good team player, self-motivated, proactive, organized, attentive to details, multi-tasking
  • Be passionate for providing exceptional quality service and striving for exceeding clients’ expectations
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese
