Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily human resources operations including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, HR staffing and training etc.;
  • Participate in the full cycle of talent acquisition process, including sourcing potential candidates, arranging and conducting interview, feedback discussion with hiring managers etc.;
  • Drive recruitment process by screening and interviewing candidates to facilitating interview process and develop candidate pipeline in order to attract, retain and motivate qualified candidates to join the company;
  • Manage on-boarding and new hire administration and documentation;
  • Manage job posting status on various platforms;
  • Maintain staff information and records, support document uploads and database management
  • Provide support in staff enquiry, exit process, visa application, staff development & internal transfer.
  • Assist in general support, e.g. data input, filing, and other clerical support;
  • Perform ad-hoc HR duties as assigned by supervisor and the team.


  • Bachelor Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related discipline, Fresh Graduates with passion in Human Resources Management will also be considered; Applicant with more experience will be considered as HR Specialist;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
  • 1 year or above working experience in Human Resources management, well versed in HK Labour Law;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, well-organized, responsible,self-motivated, willing to learn, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency PC knowledge in using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
