Job Description

•Assist to provide all-round human resources services and support to staff and department with efficient and effective communications

•Assist in work injury cases, payroll administration, data maintenance and leave and benefit administration

•Prepare and consolidate HR related reports

•Update and manage the HRIS day to day to maintain accurate data and ensure data privacy be upheld at all times

•Arrange training for staff in accordance with the annual training plans and budget

•Manage day to day HR operation and administration within HR department guidelines

•Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline

•At least 1 year working experience in Human Resources function

•Well versed in Employment Ordinance of Hong Kong and other employment-related legislation

•High integrity, able to work independently and long hours

•Well organized, attention to details and work accuracy is a must requirement

•Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, HRIS and Chinese typing

•Written and spoken Chinese and English including Putonghua speaking

•Fresh graduate will also be considered
