Major Responsibilities:

  • Work with HR team to provide a full spectrum of HR functions including monthly payroll, recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relation sand keep all records in a well-organized system
  • Handle staff issues including but not limited to disputes, disciplinary actions, labour cases and work injury
  • Perform and support other ad-hoc and administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 2 years relevant working experience in human resources, F&B or Catering industry HR experience will be an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Independent, detail-oriented, able to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, Employees Compensation Ordinance would be an advantage
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
