Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment & selections, compensation & benefits, training & development, and employee relations etc.
  • Support recruitment life cycle including sourcing candidates from different channels, job postings, coordination of job interviews, on-boarding & off-boarding process
  • Participate in regular and yearly HR assignments including performance management, and insurance renewal etc.
  • Provide daily HR support services including maintaining accuracy in HRIS, administering attendance & leave record, personnel files and filing system etc.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 1 - 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in catering / hospitality industry
  • Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
  • High level of integrity and flexibility, detail-minded, self-motivated and a strong sense of responsibility
  • A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS applications (Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing)
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
