Our Client is well known company in advertisement industry. We are seeking Human Resources Assistant / Assistant Officer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and implement overall compensation & benefits package, including but not limited to annual review, OT pay, compensation, etc.
  • Perform annual C&B exercises including but not limited to budgeting, salary review & discretionary bonus.
  • Handle full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) functions including payroll calculation, benefits, insurances, taxation & MPF administration in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure HR compliance in accordance to legislative requirements in Hong Kong.
  • Monitor the general office administration and provide administrative support.
  • Perform any other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or other related disciplines; undergraduate will also be considered.
  • 1-2 years of payroll related experience.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • A detail-minded team player with strong numeric sense & communication skills.
  • Familiar with MS Office Application, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
