Our client is a leading company looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join their team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing people development programs as well as internal communication & staff engagement activities
  • Provide support to various HR and Corporate-wide projects
  • Administer various company systems and programs, e.g. SAP HR and Finance Applications
  • Compile, analyze and prepare manpower statistics and management reports
  • Provide administration support to the team
  • Provide support to ad hoc assignments/projects as and when required

Job Requirements:

  • University graduate in HR Management or equivalent
  • With minimum 2 years’ relevant experience. Those with lower qualification but with more experience will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Excellent in the use of MS Office applications.
  • Proactive, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail, organized, independent and customer–oriented
