Our client from IT&T Industry, is urgently seeking for HRBP, ACCOUNT SERVICING on assigned portfolio to deliver professional staffing services to line departments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with line managers on staff planning, organization structuring, talent acquisition and retention, and performance management
  • Provide professional HR advice and solutions on staffing matters
  • Liaise with internal HR teams on compensation, training and development  
  • Handle staffing reports and participate in HR policy implementation

Requirements:

  • Degree with 5-years+ account servicing experience
  • Experience in IT&T industry an advantage
  • Customer service mindset
