This regional role will be providing insights on HR Analytics and maintaining the HRIS system to the company.

Client Details

My client is a leading MNC and a key player in the Quality Assurance industry. They have over 1,500 offices worldwide with a strong portfolio of corporate clients. You'll be part of a team providing analytical reports to the regional team, being first point contact for all HRIS maintenance.

Description

  • Perform duties on end to end employee data analysis

  • Manage regular reporting and analysis related to employees providing line managers with people insights
  • Manage data collection and production of a variety of staffing related reports for specific HR purposes including attrition analysis, C&B, manpower planning and other HR KPIs
  • Create databases to track HR data, maintain/run reports and analytics, summarise data for efficient use by the Management and HR team
  • Understand and communicate data/stories/trends
  • Manage project work-flow, design, plan, execute and control the whole process in support of Global initiatives and strategies
  • Coordinate with HR regional teams to ensure timely completion of reports/ projects
  • Provide support on other HR or ad hoc projects

Profile

  • Degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, HR data/survey analysis
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent Excel, computer skills required; proficiency in MS Office Tools and electronic communications.
  • Experience with HRIS
  • Ability to organise, prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced dynamic business environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detailed oriented and meticulous, proactive attitude and a self-starter
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
