Job Descriptions:

  • Perform full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, training and development and staff relations
  • Assist in recruitment functions from interview arrangement to onboarding
  • Support in training programs, staff activities and engagement programs
  • Conduct orientation to new hires
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze on regular basis
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 1 years' practical experience in human resources of sizeable organizations
  • Exposure in designing, organizing and delivering training programs will be definite advantage
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR related regulations/ ordinances
  • Good team player with positive work attitude and well-organized
  • Proactive, strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
