Human Resources Business Partner


  • Be the account manager of sales & marketing departments with over 1500 front line and office staffs
  • Maintain effective partnership with line management to drive business growth and to support business operations
  • Manage and deliver a wide range of key human resources services including recruitment and retention, exit and separation, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefit issues, HR compliance, etc.
  • Supervise and coach team members to deliver one-stop HR Services and solutions to business lines


  • Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business or related discipline
  • 7-10 years Human Resources experience with at least 2-3 years in managerial role
  • Recruitment / Account Servicing Experience with Retailing industry / Large corporation is preferable
  • Good planning and operation skills to ensure work efficiency and quality
  • Initiative, detail-focus, and result-oriented
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, self motivated and able to perform multi-tasking
  • Proficiency in PC skills e.g. MS office
  • Fluent Spoken and Written English, Cantonese and Mandarin


Assistant Human Resources Manager / Senior Human Resources Officer (C&B /Payroll)

  • Degree holder
  • 3-5 years solid C&B and full set of payroll processing experience for Operations / front line staffs with a large company
  • Familiar with IPL system is perfectly an advantage
  • Strong in using MS Excel and other HR system
  • Good numeric sense and work efficiency
  • Strong in reporting and analysis
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills and motivation skills
  • Proactive, quality-driver, resourceful and team player
