Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of daily operations of HR department
  • Update and maintain staff movement, leave and attendance records 
  • Payroll calculation
  • Handle compensation & benefit administration
  • Assist in site recruitment and post job advertising
  • Ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with 1 year related working experience
  • Well knowledge in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations 
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred
