Responsibilities

  • leading the HR team of one of our Group companies to handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations
  • supervising the subordinates in recruitment to meet development needs
  • overseeing the company salary structure, pay policies, and performance systems. To constantly review remuneration package and other employee benefits
  • leading competitive market research to establish pay practices and benchmark that help to recruit and retain good staff
  • ensuring compliance with employment-related laws and regulations
  • supervising office admin duties and to build operational efficiency process across all personnel and admin functions

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder with over 20 years human resources management experience in sizable organizations of which at least 10 years at department head level working independently reporting to Board level
  • solid experience in recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations and performance management
  • well versed in employment ordinance, employees’ compensation and other HR related regulations of HK and Mainland China
  • mature, good analytical and numeric ability, be able to present and prepare management report/information independently
  • good leadership, emphasis on team work to complete tasks collectively and meet deadline
  • persuasive, passionate, and a good communicator at all levels
  • proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese/Chinese/Putonghua
  • previous working exposure in property developers an advantage
  • occasionally travel to Mainland China is required
