Human Resources Director

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Formulate HR regulations & policies and implement best practices
  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, training & development, performance appraisal, compensation & benefit etc
  • Executes HR policies & procedures in accordance with labor regulations to ensure compliance of corporate goals and business needs
  • Work closely with department heads for their hiring needs, manpower planning and advice on staffing issues
  • Develop comprehensive training plans, talent retention strategy and performance appraisal system to achieve efficient HR management and sustainable development
  • Build and promote corporate culture, create harmonious workplace and strengthen the cohesiveness and loyalty of employees
  • Undertake special and ad-hoc project assignments


  • University degree holder or above in HR Management or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years and above solid HR Management experiences in sizable organizations, preferable in commercial or manufacturing sector
  • Well versed in Hong Kong and Mainland China Employment Ordinance and other statutory regulations
  • Proficient in English and Chinese and Mandarin
  • Strong leadership with good communication and interpersonal skills

  • 制定人力資源管理的標準及政策,並負責落實執行
  • 執行各項人力資源工作,包括人才招聘、員工培訓及發展、績效評估、薪酬福利等
  • 按照勞工法例執行人力資源政策及程序,以確保符合企業目標及業務需求
  • 與部門主管聯繫和緊密合作,以了解各部門的員工編配及招聘需求,並提供相關建議
  • 制定完善培訓計劃、減少人才流失之方案及績效評估機制以達致人力資源管理效益及可持續發展性
  • 建立和推廣企業文化,營造和諧工作環境,增強員工之凝聚力及歸屬感
  • 執行上級指派的其它職務


  • 持人力資源管理學士學位或相關學歷
  • 曾於大型企業任職,並具備最少10年人力資源及管理之相關工作經驗,商業或製造業之機構為佳
  • 熟悉香港與內地的勞工條例和相關法律
  • 操英語、粵語及普通話
  • 擁有團隊領導能力,並具備良好的溝通及協調技巧
