Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of HR Operations’ activities for HK, PRC, Macau & Taiwan
  • Maintain e-leave system & staff leave record
  • Support and check for Promoter monthly payroll and final payment
  • Support staff movement and be responsible for end-to-end staff lifecycle processes
  • Conduct new joiner familiarization program for new joiners
  • Administrative duties for the HR team: Weekly/ Monthly reports, Expense claim, Meeting arrangement, facilitateinternal workflow and maintain staff leave/ business trip record, data input & HR record filing
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned from the supervisor from time to time

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 5 years’ or above experience in C&B or all-round HR functions
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Have a positive mind set and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
