Our client, a global well known & listed telecommunication corporate located in Wan Chai is recruiting a high caliber candidate to join their HR team. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Handle HR end-to-end processes such as manpower planning, selection and recruitment, rewards management, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, etc.
  • Build and maintain good relationship and communications with internal colleagues
  • Work closely with business leaders in the communication and implementation of HR strategies and policies 
  • Prepare HR reports and statistics for management review 
  • Provide effective coaching and motivation to staff members; identify their training and development needs for continuous talent bench strength enhancement.

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related discipline 
  • A minimum of 3-4 years’ relevant HR experience in various human resources functions, with exposure in sizable corporations or MNC is a plus
  • Team player, good communication skills and problem solving skills
  • Able to achieve multi-tasks in a fast pace working environment
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Good in prepare monthly and seasonal HR reports
