工作内容

  • Be the key contact point for multiple markets to provide daily advice and support
  • In-charge of full employee life cycle, including recruitment, performance management, C&B and, talent development and management
  • Responsible for HR operational such as reviewing and approving budgets, maintaining internal HR systems, implementing new company policies, administering compensation and benefit programs, including benefits enrolment
  • Involved in HR projects such as identifying the business needs and deliver solutions to the partner
  • Perform any HR ad-hoc tasks or HR projects as required

理想的求职者

  • The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Human Resources Management, or related discipline
  • A minimum 8 years of HR solid experience in financial services firm or sizable MNC companies
  • Well organized, strong stakeholder management and good business acumen
  • Strategic mindset with a hand-on approach
  • Excellent command in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
