  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B administration, MPF administration, performance management, training & development and employee relations, etc.
  • Formulate and monitor the execution of Human Resources management policies and procedures
  • Provide professional advice on manpower planning, staff motivation and retention, C&B and employee relations that suits the business direction
  • Being a driver to co-work with top management and division managers for HR issues and recommendations
  • Prepare HR analytics, regular and adhoc reports as required for management review
  • Managing staff data in the HR system, preparation of employee documentation, and handling of work injury, staff disciplinary and labor dispute matters
  • Organizing staff activities to enhance staff morale


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years’ relevant working experience and 2 years ’in similar role
  • Well versed in Hong Kong employment ordinance and common HR practices
  • High integrity with ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong analytical skills and detail minded with high sensitivity to numbers and details
  • Able to build trust-worthy relationship and with strong communication and people management skills
  • Good command of both English and Cantonese
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
