Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR team to provide full spectrum of HR functions including monthly payroll, compensation and benefits related matters, recruitment, training and development
  • Oversee the HR teams in Hong Kong and PRC
  • Develop and enhance HR and Admin. related policies and procedures
  • Review and integrate existing HR policies and practices, implement new initiatives
  • Establish tactical HR process control systems and manage KPI projects
  • Handle all kind of work visa and travel visa application in Asia Pacific region
  • Responsible for annual renewal of insurance such as Employee Compensation Insurance, Travel Insurance, Group Medical and Life Insurance
  • Responsible for payroll calculation, MPF and handling taxation administration
  • Handle in various projects and ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 15 years of solid experience gained from listed or multinational company, preferably worked in PRC based corporate
  • Well versed with Hong Kong and China Employment Ordinances, exposure to regulations in Germany and Asia Pacific region will be an advantage
  • Be flexible and adaptable to different management style and work culture
  • Good problem-solving and organization skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Mandarin
  • Based in Hong Kong, frequent travel to overseas and PRC is required.
