Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to the Managing Director
  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions
  • Adopt optimal go-to-market recruitment strategies to recruit talent, using social media and innovative recruitment platforms to pro-actively reach the best qualified talent
  • End-to-end talent sourcing, from developing job descriptions, candidate identification, screening and interviewing, through to salary negotiation and on-boarding
  • Develop, review, update and implement HR policies and programs, with compliance with local legislation and Corporate requirements
  • Provide HR advice and support to all team managers, understanding their operation and needs for manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention
  • Lead and participate other ad-hoc assignments to support the Company’s business goals
  • Consolidate HR reports/analysis for management review

Job Requirements:

  • Masters Degree with major in Human Resources Management/Psychology/Business Management
  • 8 years working experience (4 years in management) preferably in retail cosmetic/fashion/luxury industry
  • Team player, self-driven, able to manage multiple projects and commitment to work to the highest professional standards and thrive in a culture of strong corporate governance
  • Attentive to details and systematic
  • Proficiency on MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Immediately available preferred
