Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all-round human resources functions
  • Analyze, identify and develop effective HR strategies, policies and operation systems to support the business needs in achieving corporate goals and visions
  • Promote and implement Group initiatives and support corporate activities
  • Participate in the roll-out of new HR initiatives and projects / programs
  • Support cross business units HR communication and co-ordination
  • Develop and conduct HR management qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Take up the role of core member in HRIS implementation
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Proficient in HRIS, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • People-oriented, good personal skills, able to work with people at different levels
  • Strong analytical skills with business acumen
  • Minimum 8 years of solid HR experience with at least 4 years at managerial level
  • With multi-company experience preferred
  • Proficiency of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
