The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all Employee Relations topics in various departments in APAC and functions as a HR Professional for Line Managers and Employees. The Human Resources Manager also supports the Recruitment for various improvement projects.

This position will be based in our Hong Kong office and reports to Global HR Director. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full employee life cycle including on-boarding, orientation, compensation & benefits, employee relations, off-boarding and HR admin works.
  • Work closely with Recruiters and Line Managers to ensure the best Candidate Experience and Hiring qualities.
  • Prepare employment related documents for new hires and manage employee P-files.
  • Support on payroll generation and other C&B works, manage payroll vendor performance.
  • Drive the overall people strategy in Asia Pacific to deliver improvement in HR support and employee relations.
  • Be responsible for Performance Management including new hire probation, quarterly and annually appraisal management and performance improvement plan etc.
  • Conduct employee data analysis in order to address out the risks and improvement plan.
  • Work with Line Department and global HR leader on manpower planning and other HR plans.
  • Support on regional or global HR projects, such as Succession Planning, Performance Management, Training & Development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in HR or other relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years of working experience as a HR generalist; practical expertise in HR all areas.
  • Holder of Employment Ordinance Certificate.
  • Solid experience in Payroll and C&B works.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • High level of adaptability and flexibility.
