Our client, is a Fintech Startup company, they are looking for a Human Resources & Manager to join them.

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and monitor the execution of HR Management policies and procedures including manpower planning & recruitment, performance management, remuneration management, employee relations and benefits, etc
  • Responsible for full spectrum of office administrative, repair & maintenance, insurance, leasing & tenancy renewal, etc
  • Lead various HR projects including employee recognition program, corporate culture and sustainability program
  • Support in ad hoc project as per requested

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 2 – 5 years’ relevant experience in HR & Administration;  
  • Familiar with various HR processes (payroll, tax, employee benefits)
  • Company secretarial experience is advantageous
  • Problem solving, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, multi-tasks and attentive to details
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Good command in written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR & admin. Manger OR Senior HR & admin. Officer.
