An all rounded Human Resources Business Partner/Account Serving Managerial Role in a well-established listed company and industry leader in HK

Client Details

Our client is a listed company and industry leader in the telecommunication sector providing a wide range of services to foster connectivity and smart living. Headquartered in Hong Kong, they established a sustainable presence in mainland China as well as other parts of the world. They are now seeking a hands-on and experienced Human Resources Manager to be the trusted business partner for their HK and China Operations.

Description

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for managing a full spectrum of HR functions and serves as the primary and trusted resources for all aspects of human resources management internally which includes but not limited to business workforce planning, talent acquisition and recruitment, employee relationships management, compensation and benefits management and administration and talent development. This role covers both HK and China accounts and is critical in executing people initiatives, providing great internal customer support and driving HR functional efficiency. As an HR business partners, you will also partner with your internal key stakeholders to design, plan and implement special HR projects for the company to better attract, retain and develop their people.

Profile

To qualify, you must be a degree holder and have solid Human Resources Business Partnering/Account Serving experience in sizeable company. Previous exposure to China Human Resources Operations and Management and experience of handling incentive scheme are preferred. Successful candidate must possess a great sense of business acumen, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You have to be a strong solutions-focused person and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
