Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a wide spectrum of human resources functions including Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits and Health & Safety for the Company;
  • Play the role as Business Partner to provide value added HR support to the Hong Kong business units and overseas offices;
  • Formulate, review & implement short & long-term human resources policies, procedures & strategies in a fast growing & changing environment;
  • Perform operations streamlining & service enhancement and handle ad hoc HR projects.


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • 8 years or above relevant experience in which 3 years in managerial capacity, preferably in Telecom industry and regional or international HR exposures;
  • Proven track record in leading HR teams in delivering quality human resources service under changing context;
  • Solid experience in managing sophisticated HR system and C&B projects;
  • Proactive & flexible with excellent people management & interpersonal skills.;
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility and strategic thinking.
