Our client – an expanding Construction Group is looking for high caliber candidates to fill up the following positions : 

Job Responsibilities :  

  • Responsible for HR function, including recruitment, payroll, MPF, compensation and benefits, performance management, leave records and insurance etc.,
  • Perform monthly payroll calculation (over 250 workers), process and payroll related reconciliation
  • Assist in formulating and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with relevant internal departments and manage the data accuracy
  • Assist in monitoring staff performance and staff issues such as employee grievances, disciplines and employment etc.,

 Requirements :  

  • Degree holder is a must
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience gained from sizable organization
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other regulatory practices
  • Attentive to details, well organized, strong analytical mind, great initiative with least supervision
  • Proactive, enthusiastic and positive thinking with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable to work under pressure and prioritize work with excellent time management skill
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing is a must
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
