You will partner directly with the APAC Head of Human Resources and local Operations teams to support the strategic and operational HR objectives of the expanding business here in Hong Kong. This will require a high level of multi-functional expertise and ability to deliver in a fast-paced and expanding business environment.

Description

  • Oversee all Human Resource Management, support management in HR decisions to implement and execute best HR practices
  • Act as a subject matter for all HR duties, including but not limited to recruitment, retention, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits and payroll operations
  • Ability to conduct objective and thorough investigations in response to manager and/or employee relations concerns
  • Partner closely with operations teams to coordinate on-boarding activities for new store openings and headcount expansions
  • Work with leaders and employees to establish and maintain a positive work environment to ensure employee engagement to help drive various corporate and division business initiatives
  • Partner with business and operations units on hiring needs and participate in new employee orientation
  • Will be responsible for participating in the recruiting and on-boarding of full-time and part time staff
  • Facilitate the hiring processes for management and hourly employees; assist with employee development plans for managers
  • Understand and abide by all company rules and protocols; support HR standards and maintain accountability
  • Partner closely with recruitment partners and external vendors
  • Other duties and projects that may arise within client group and/or Human Resources Department

Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or other related Human Resources related study required
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role
  • Experience in a restaurant or F&B related environment within a dynamic and international business
  • Possess strong knowledge of Hong Kong Labour Employment Law
  • Experience in Restaurant Management Systems and HRIS Systems highly preferred
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule within a fast paced and rapidly expanding business environment
  • Proven ability to partner directly with Operations, store managers and front-line staff to deliver excellent HR advisor services
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English, Mandarin is highly preferred
