An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated manager looking to take on a new challenge and join an international organizationtr and team in Hong Kong. We are currently recruiting a Human Resources Manager.

This is a highly visible role reporting to the Account Director and HR Head. You will be working alongside the HR team and Account Director to influence, shape and deliver the HR strategy for one of our large accounts.

As a member of the HR team, the successful candidate will support the mobilization and opening of a large account.  The incumbent will play an important role in managing the recruitment and selection process of staff management, and developing resourcing strategies to attract and retain staff at all levels.  The appointee will be expected to provide all-rounded HR functions and activities including, compensation & benefit, performance management, staff welfare and staff training. Duties include but are not limited to review, maintain and expand recruitment channels, responsible for the design, delivery and review of the training program. The appointee will be working with other departments for the training needs analysis, leading the HR team to drive and implement HR initiatives. The appointee will also participate in ad-hoc projects.

Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in HRM or related discipline with at least 5 years solid experience in HR management. Applicants should be well-versed in Employment Ordinance in Hong Kong, proven ability to work proactively to drive and deliver results. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese is required. Strong literacy in computer applications including Excel, PowerPoint, English and Chinese Word-processing is essential. Applicants should also have a good interpersonal and communication skills, willing to work under pressure and capable of meeting deadlines.
