What are your responsibilities?

  • Responsible for full spectrum human resources management functions including recruitment, C&B, Employee engagement, performance management, L&D etc.
  • Work closely with external service business partners and vendors to initiate and implement various HR projects e.g. HRIS or L&D projects
  • Compose and review HR policies & procedures to ensure they are complied with the relevant ordinances and corporate strategies
  • Review & implement the C&B strategies, budgeting, procedures and policies within the region
  • Partner with leaders to assess and identify learning and development needs and gaps, and leveraging current development tools

 

What skills/ qualification will you need?

  • Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR generalist experience with at least 2 years at managerial level; experience from retail industry is a MUST
  • Candidates with exposure in HRIS system project are highly preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
