Our client is a global leading luxury retailer and now they are seeking a high caliber HR professional to join their regional team in Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure talented and high performing talents are recruited
  • Establish guidelines and practices of recruitment activities including digital recruitment, partnerships with universities and relevant organizations to ensure high quality candidate experience
  • Maintain a database of talents and develop programs that infuse talents into the organization such as interns and management trainees
  • Collaborate with Country HR Heads to ensure the identification, development and retention of key talents
  • Manage succession planning of critical positions and annual performance review exercise
  • Responsible for employer branding and internal communication activities
  • Promote staff engagement and awareness throughout the whole employee life cycle, and collaborative and entrepreneurial work culture


Successful candidates should possess:
  • Bachelor degree holder
  • 8 to 12 years' experience in recruitment, talent management and organizational development within the retail and/or fast paced industry
  • At least 3 years within retail and/or hotel industries experience with regional coverage
  • Proactive, resilient, multi-tasker and ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Strong communication, presentation and influential skills
