Our Client, a Global Luxury Leather Goods Retailer, now looking for a high caliber candidate for the following position: 

Human Resources Officer

Job Responsibilities:  

  • Companion with Human Resources Manager to understand recruitment needs and develop search plans for open and upcoming positions
  • In charge for full recruitment life cycle – including productively sourcing candidates from different networks, job postings, candidate management, and organization of job interviews.
  • Guarantee reliable communication to recruitment teams about candidates and searching status.
  • Sustain the candidate pool and keep track of the calculation and documents of interview feedback.
  • In charge for salary offer project, offer arrangement, including reference checks, offer letter generation and offer answers.
  • Employee care – bring together the comment from new staffs while keeping track of their performance; ensure new staffs and recruitment departments’ expectations are allied.
  • Confirm the recruitment guidelines & documents, orientation materials are up-to-date.
  • In charge for Recruitment Budget and Forecast.
  • Achieve Exit Interview and give supervision upgrading plan on preservation.
  • Provision to the manager on the conception, organization and delivery of innovative staff engagement inventiveness.
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR duties and/or projects as required.

Job Requirement:  

  • Bachelor Degree of Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • 2-5 years Human Resources /Recruitment experience in Retail / FMCG industry.
  • Good team player and can work under fast pace environment.
