Responsibilities:

  • Assist in full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefit and training & development
  • Provide human resources related support in cross-border and overseas business projects
  • Involve in various human resources related new initiatives, study and projects
  • Consolidate and compile the necessary reports and presentation materials for management’s review
  • Engage in formulation and implementation of human resources related strategies and policies
  • Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned

 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, HRM or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 yearsrelevant experience preferably in banking/financial industry
  • Knowledge of employment ordinance and other HR related regulations
  • Strong self-motivation, with good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Excellent writing skills in Chinese and fluency in Putonghua is a must
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

Applicants for the above position must be proficient in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English, and be competent in MS Office applications.
