Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide HR services based on corporate policies & procedures to the designated Departments
  • Involve in the hiring process to select and recommend candidates to meet business hiring needs
  • Support the designs & deliveries of cultural building initiatives, staff recognition programs, staff caring programs and activities to enhance employee engagement.
  • Recommend and implement effective initiatives to build employer brand in labor market
  • Participate in communication sessions with line departments for enhancing employee engagement
  • Support any ad hoc projects as required by the Company

Requirements: 

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sizable company, experience in executing the employee engagement projects is preferred
  • Well-versed knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation
  • Good command of both spoken/written Chinese & English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and flexible with strong team
