Human Resources Officer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day operations in human resources functions including Recruitment, Training, Staff Performance Management and Compensation and Benefits such as payroll calculation, MPF administration and attendance record;
  • HR system and records updating;
  • Prepare monthly management reports;
  • Deal with labour disputes case;
  • Responsible for staff on-boarding and staff orientation;
  • Assist in special projects such as staff activities, certificates accreditation and any other ad hoc tasks;
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline;
  • 4 years or above of relevant HR experience;
  • Positive mind set, proactive and possess genuine passion in HR Management;
  • Proficient on Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint);
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Less experience candidate will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
  • 5.5 days work
