Being a teammate of our HR team, we work together to perform full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to compensation & benefits, talent acquisition and retention, performance management, HRIS, learning & development, employee relations & engagement, communication and corporate social responsibility.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as HR Business Partner to provide professional advices to business and operations leaders
  • Assist in C&B exercises including monthly payroll, annual salary review, budgeting, salary survey, benefits administration & review and taxation
  • Manage and execute full recruitment life cycle, explore effective recruitment channels to attract potential talents
  • Plan and organize staff relations and CSR activities
  • Handle employees’ enquiries and HR daily administration works
  • Participate in any ad hoc projects

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • An energetic Human Resources professional with minimum 3 years’ experience as HR generalist
  • Well-versed in the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and other relevant ordinance(s) and regulation(s)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Chinese Word Processing and HRIS (previous experience in using IPL system is an advantage)
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all level of people
  • Well-organized, detail-minded, strong analytical skill with strong sense of responsibility
  • Creative thinking, proactive, independent and a good team player as well

*Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer.
