Assist in handling full spectrum of compensation & benefits functions including payroll calculation, MPF and benefits administration in a timely and accurate manner
Assist in entire hiring recruitment process from attraction to selection and placement as well as on-board formalities;
Update and maintain employee records and filing system;
Assist in HR ad-hoc projects and initiatives assigned

Job Requirements:
Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
At least 3 years relevant working experience in construction industry is preferred
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and other HR related ordinances
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Self-motivated, be able to work independently and to work as a team
Ability to work under stress to meet deadlines
Immediately available is highly preferred
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
