AECOM Support/ Cross Services comprises a number of important functions which develop and implement solutions to support our businesses and to help them meet the needs of clients.  Its role is to ensure that the Business Lines operate effectively, in alignment with AECOM’s overall corporate goals.  The activities cover Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, Legal, Compliance, Marketing and Communications, and Administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner for designated business units to provide consultancy to business line leaders for various HR-related issues, including staffing, compensation and rewards, performance management, retention, staff relations.  
  • Identify and implement HR solutions to support business growth
  • Prepare and update various HR related reports
  • Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence teams to ensure the delivery of HR services is in line with overall HR objectives and business requirements
  • Perform any other ad-hoc projects or duties when required

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ solid experience as HR business partner / generalist and well versed in HK employment related legislations
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with strong communications, interpersonal and presentation skills to work in a multinational environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), previous experience in using Workday is an advantage
  • Meticulous, detailed-minded and well organized
  • Capable to work independently to provide HR solutions to leaders and employees
  • Good team player, pleasant personality and possess a strong sense of responsibility
