VPower Group, listed at the main board (HKEX stock code 1608), are one of the world's leading large gen-set system integration providers and Southeast Asia's largest private gasfired engine-based distributed power generation station owner and operator.  Under our system-integration business, we design, integrate and sell gas-fired and diesel fired enginebased electricity generation units, or gen-sets, and power generation systems, utilizing our proprietary system designs and integration capabilities, build, lease and, in collaboration with off-takers, operate distributed power generation stations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to talent selection, training & development, employment relations program & organize employee activities etc.
  • Participate in compilation of regular HR reports and deliver high quality HR services to different department to support internal needs
  • Supporting the team in creating and implementing new processes and procedures
  • Assisting with creating internal training tools and process manuals
  • Handle daily HR administrative duties including updating and maintaining record in data sources/ HRIS, filing, monthly/ ad-hoc reporting,
  • Assist in implementing HR projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned 

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, team-player and work independently 
  • Strong business acumen and sense of ownership and servicing to ensure efficient and effective customer service process
  • Good command of Chinese and English
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
