Hip Hing Construction Company Limited, a main contractor in Hong Kong undertaking various types of building and civil engineering projects, is looking for high calibre applicants to fill in the following position for its Hong Kong projects: -
Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities

  • Work in Human Resources & Training Department to play a role for handling all HR activities such as recruitment & selection, talent management, compensation & benefits and any other HR initiatives as required to support continuous growth of business.
  • Understand HR manpower needs and provide HR advices and services in recruitment activities.
  • Prepare periodic statistical reports for management review.
  • Support the formulation and implementation of HR policies, programs and initiatives.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.


Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • 5 years relevant HR experience, preferably in Construction / Engineering / Property industry.
  • Experience in recruitment activities would be an advantage
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances.
  • Strong computer literacy in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese.
  • Detail-minded, well-organized and work independently
  • Immediately available is preferred.

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
