Responsibilities:

  • Assist the daily administrative of full spectrum of C&B function, including but not limited to payroll, benefits & insurance administration, salary bench-marking, MPF & taxation administration, and other ad-hoc C&B exercises for our Hong Kong and Macau Operations

  • Assist the administration of HR system and personnel data management

  • Assist in compiling regular HR management reports (such as headcount and staff cost reports, salary and commission analysis, etc.)

  • Support other HR operational tasks, such as on / off boarding arrangements, leave management, staff activities, etc.

  • Be one of the representatives to participate in various company committees when assigned and to organize staff activities


Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

  • 3-4 years relevant experience in Human Resources in sizable company

  • Minimum 2 years hands-on solid experience in payroll calculation & administration, in labour-intensive / fast-moving industry preferred

  • Well versed & keep abreast of the latest updates in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, knowledge of Macau Labor Law will be an advantage

  • Proficient in MS Office Word & Excel (eg. pivot table & vlookup), experience in HRIS or SAP is a plus

  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

  • Attentive to details, sensitive to numbers, well organized and good team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills

  • Candidates with more experience would be considered as "Human Resources – Officer (Compensation & Benefits)"

  • Working location: Tsuen Wan (near to MTR station)
