  • Responsible for a full spectrum of HR & office administration functions
  • To monitor and execute the management in manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefit scheme policy, organization development, employee relations, performance management, training & development, HRIS & E-Leave system implementation, etc.
  • Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or any related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in HRM / Administration, supervising experience
  • Well-verse of labour ordinance and related regulations in Hong Kong
  • Prior exposure to the NGO field will be preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
