Human Resources Officer (Convention and Exhibition, $15-18K)

Salary (HKD) $15,000 - $18,000 / month 15000 18000

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Talent Acquisition and Development Lead in overseeing HR functions, including Recruitment & Selection, People Development and Employee Relations
  • Maintain and update employee data, staff attendance and payroll administration for temporary staffing management
  • Assist to manage the new system implementation and modification
  • Responsible for and take initiative to all staffing administration activities

 

Requirement:

  • 1 - 2 year of experience in handling full spectrum of HR/Admin functions
  • Diploma or above in Human Resources/Business Administration or related disciplines is preferred
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Good interpersonal, motivation and influencing skills
  • Self-motivated, keen to learn, able to work independently and strong sense of responsibility
