Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support a full spectrum of HR functions and activities including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relation and administration support
  • Assist HR team to drive new initiatives and develop strategic planning accordance with the fast moving business nature and corporate goals
  • Initiate in annual C&B projects such as manpower cost budget, annual review and performance management
  • Handle end to the recruitment life cycle from sourcing, selection, conducting interviews until on-boarding
  • Formulate and implement policies and procedures which support the rapid growth and expansion of the organization
  • Prepare regular analysis reports to foster the achievements of KPIs and cost effectiveness

 Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines Human Resources or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years all round HR experience is preferred.
  • Well-versed in employment ordinance, employees’ compensation and other HR related regulations of HK and Mainland China
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of core employee recruiting processes that support an end-to-end recruiting lifecycle approach
  • Excellent strategic planning and analytical ability in all-rounded HR functions
  • Native or Fluent English required, Putonghua is an asset
  • Proficient in written English and Chinese
  • Strong in leadership, problem solving, interpersonal skills, proactive, able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, etc.) and Chinese word processing
